Welcome to my Terms of Service page! I'm thrilled that you're considering working with me to bring your vision to life. ♡

Before we get anywhere, I want to ensure that we're on the same page and that you understand my terms of service. As a digital artist, I take pride in my work and strive to provide the best possible experience for my clients, and I'm here to help you bring your unique vision to life.

To ensure that our collaboration runs smoothly and that we're both happy with the final result, I have a few terms of service that I ask my clients to abide by. These terms are designed to protect both of our interests and ensure that we have a clear understanding of what to expect throughout the commissioning process, so please take a moment to review my terms of service before we begin.

I'm excited to work with you, and to create an artwork that is uniquely yours !

I will do everything I can to make my clients satisfied about their commission(s)

If you have any problem regarding the commissioned piece, please tell me right away, so we can find a solution together.

Your entire satisfaction is my end goal, so communication is the most important part of the commission process. As such, if you have any issues with communication, please don’t hesitate to let me know beforehand, so I can adapt myself to you.

By commissioning me, you agree to have read and fully agreed to my terms of service.

Prices shown are for personal use only.

I retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.

I do NOT authorize using any of my pieces as NFT.

Furthermore, I do NOT authorize using any of my pieces to feed any AI generator or use in an AI generator in any way.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission, for any reason.

Any rude behavior will not be tolerated.

Please write in a clear and sympathetic manner.

I work best when given artistic freedom to create an image based on the characters you provide : I am very happy to match a scene or pose that you have in mind, but please allow and expect some variations.

Prices will vary depending on the complexity of the character design, background, or any other elements I deem fit.

The commissioner reserves the right to:

✧ Claiming rights to the character, but not the drawing itself.
✧ Sharing/Reposting the artwork any place they see fit, with proper credit.
✧ Printing the artwork for personal use only.

The following is considered copyright infringement:

✧ Reproducing/using copyrighted artwork commercially without my knowledge.
✧ Claiming the artwork as your own.
✧ Removing my signature from the artwork.
✧ Changing the artwork without my consent.

At the moment, I only accept payment via VGen.

Payment must be made in full before the commission will be started.

If the commission amount is over $200, payment plans are welcomed for returning customers only ! So feel free to inquire if you apply.

! Rush fee means that you will be put at the top of my to-do list ! We can discuss the rates together.

Please, give me a realistic deadline : I can’t make a fully detailed illustration in less than a week.

Personal rights are free of charge.

Commercial rights will be decided case by case, with an extra 50% of total charge as the baseline.

I will not do refunds if I have started working on your commission.

You’ll receive a full refund for any reason that I am unable to finish the commission.

After 3 days of unpaid invoice, your slot will be forfeited if another person pays in due time.

Commissions may take, upon starting :

✧ Up to A Week for Sketches
✧ Up to 1 Month for Renders
✧ Up to 3 Months for Paintings

The time of delivery is based on :

✧ Length of to-do list. *Commissions are completed in no particular order, so sketches will sometimes be pushed back.
✧ Active buyer responses to my inquiries, delay may arise otherwise.
✧ Complexity of the commission.
✧ Real life issues such as: health, work, or family issues.

If long delays arise, you will be notified.

If you choose a payment plan that extends over the delivery time, delay before completion will rise. In this case, I will work on your commission based on as much of the payment I have received, i.e.: half of the payment the first month means half of the commission done by the end of said month.

Please provide numerous useful references as needed.

In the case where you have any size, resolution and/or color mode requirements, please inform me as soon as possible. If I already created the file and worked on it, I might not be able to change it.

If I have to find references myself, an additional 50% charge of the final quote price will be added.

If references provided are unclear or lacking, an additional 25% charge of the final quote price will be added.

You will be notified if I added reference fees to the final quote price, so we can discuss it if needed.

Description of the wanted commission is required–the more details the better ! You can also try to sketch your idea in paint : I’ll take anything and everything ! *If you are giving me free reign on anything, including the pose, please state so upon ordering.

What you need to send me through my google order form :

✧ How many commissions are being ordered : (up to 3)
✧ Type of commission : (style, color/uncolored, etc)
✧ References of the character(s) : (visual references required unless discussed otherwise. Please make it clear which references are for what.)
✧ Pose idea(s) :

✧ With visuals : (as many as necessary, or state “artistic freedom”)
✧ Description : (who, doing what, where, when, why, for what)

✧ Pictures or descriptions of background(s) : (if applicable)
✧ Any other things you can think of, or deem important : (optional)

After sending me the filled form, I’ll ask for more details if needed and answer any of your question(s) ! Then, I’ll come back to you before 24 hours to give you my quote price, should any additional fees be added on to the base price.

After communication on both ends, I will then send the invoice. Once payment is sent, I will begin the commission.

Step 1 or Thumbnailing/Base sketch stage
I’ll do a basic sketch of one or more ideas without color, then show them to you so you can choose and/or tweak to your liking.

Step 2 or Refining stage
I’ll refine the first sketch, meaning working on defining details on the character or in the background. This is what your commission will look like before I render it further.
✧ In the case of sketch commissions, this will be the final stage.
✧ At this point, if you think you are going to want any particular extra versions of the image, please inform me before I begin rendering. For example, if you want the image to also be the size of a wallpaper, to have a transparent version, or multiple background types.

Step 3 or Rendering stage
The most time-consuming part, I might not be able to update you as much as before because I’ll need to focus on the piece. However, feel free to DM me to see the progress, should you need it.

Step 4 or Final effects
I’ll be adding effects and filters. You’ll receive two files, one with it and one without.

Step 5 or Sending files
Finally, you will receive a watermarked and unwatermarked digital file via Google Drive to not compress the quality. If the file is too big, I will send it through email.

Once the commission is finished, no major changes or edits can be made.
If I have permission to post on social media, I will post the watermarked version. If you decide to post the image yourself, please only post the watermarked version.

Commission revision amounts and when they can be made based on type :

✧ Sketches : Any amount of revisions during the base sketch stage.
This applies to all commission types.
✧ Renders :5 major revisions during the refining stage and only minor changes after it is finished.
✧ Illustrations :3 major revisions during the refining stage and only minor changes after it is finished.

Additional revisions after the steps stated previously will be charged 5-20% of base price, depending on complexity.

If you wish to change a part of the painting you have previously approved, I will charge you an extra fee.

In the case where artistic freedom is given, I will work based on my judgment. However, if the client requests a scrapping of the scene in its majority or entirety, they'll be charged again.

Any mistakes from my end will be fixed for free. No exceptions.

Please keep my art & thematic style in mind when ordering, which is focused on fun and cute characters in a light-hearted anime style. Anything outside my boundaries may not perform as well as my typical stuff, so please keep that in mind if I accept your order.

Don’t :

✧ Pure mecha.
✧ Pure explicit NSFW which includes adult content of all kinds
✧ Hateful content.
✧ Imitation of any art style or artist. Examples of art pieces to guide me on the vibe or composition you are looking for are more than welcome, HOWEVER don’t ask or expect me to copy them.
